What services do you offer?
We specialize in three main customization services:
· Laser Engraving: Precision engraving on a variety of materials like wood, metal, glass, and acrylic.

· Screen Printing: Custom designs printed onto t-shirts, hoodies, bags, and more, ideal for bulk orders.
How do I place an order?
You can place an inquiry to order through our website by selecting the “Quote Form” and customization options you’d like. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by phone or email, and our team will guide you through the process.
What is the minimum order quantity?
· Laser Engraving: No minimum order – we can engrave even a single item.
· Embroidery: Minimum order for embroidery is usually 24 items.
· Screen Printing: The minimum order is typically 30 items for screen printing.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
We accept a variety of file formats including:
· Laser Engraving: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF, .PNG
· Embroidery: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF, .PNG – We can digitize it for you!
· Screen Printing: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG
If you're unsure of what file format to provide, our team is happy to assist.
How long does it take to complete my order?
Our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days after final approval of your design. Larger orders or special requests may take a bit longer. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee.
Do you offer design services?
No, we do however offer design assistance for an additional fee. Our design team can help modify or add to your existing artwork to fit the customization method you’ve chosen.
Can I see a proof of my design before production?
Yes! We provide digital or real mockup proofs of your design for your approval before proceeding with production. This ensures that the design, colors, and placement are exactly as you envision.
What products can I customize?
We offer a wide range of products to customize, including:
· Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, jackets)
· Headwear (hats, beanies)
· Drinkware (mugs, tumblers, koozies)
· Bags (tote bags, backpacks)
· Corporate gifts (portfolios, journals, pens, keychains, plaques)

What is your return policy?
Custom orders are typically non-returnable due to their personalized nature. However, if there is a defect in the product or a mistake made on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Do you ship?
Yes, we offer shipping. Please contact us for shipping rates and estimated delivery times to your location.
What if I need to cancel or make changes to my order?
We can accommodate changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, changes may be difficult to make depending on the production stage. Special order items may not be able to be changed once submitted.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! We offer discounts for larger orders. The more items you order, the more you save. Contact us for a quote based on your specific needs.
